Shipping and Delivery

We offer free express post shipping on all standard, domestic orders over $150 and $9.95 flat rate express post shipping on all other standard, domestic orders.

For special and large orders, including wholesale and corporate gifts, please email us directly for details.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to limited flights, hygiene and social distancing requirements across the Australia Post network. You may therefore experience a delay with your order. We apologise for any inconvenience, however this is unfortunately outside of our control.

Delivery method and locations

We use Australia Post’s Express Post service for all standard, domestic deliveries. We ship to all addresses within Australia, including post office boxes. We do not recommend shipping to Australia Post parcel lockers during warm weather due to the likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures.

Please take care when entering your delivery address as it cannot be altered once an order has been shipped.

We do not currently offer international deliveries.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the progress of your shipment via the Australia Post website.

Please direct any questions relating to the delivery of your order to Australia Post, using the tracking number supplied.

Orders over 5kg

We may ship orders weighing above 5kg in two or more individual boxes. The single flat shipping rate of $9.95 still applies to the entire order, regardless of how many boxes are used for shipment. We will notify you of the tracking number for each box. This enables us to keep freight costs down and ultimately pass the savings onto you.

Delivery timeframes

We aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders within 2 business days, however during peak times and times of unplanned demand, there may be a slight delay.

Orders are generally dispatched between Mondays and Thursdays, however we will schedule the dispatch of your order to reduce the likelihood of storage in transit over a weekend or for extended periods. This generally means we will not ship on a Friday, immediately prior to a public holiday, or within a comparable timeframe based on your location.

Dispatch may be held during excessively hot periods for orders that contain heat sensitive items such as chocolate. Please refer to our hot weather policy below.

If your order is urgent, or required by a specific date, please enter this in your order notes prior to checkout or email us, including your order number. We will attempt to expedite delivery, however cannot provide any guarantees.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any delays on the part of Australia Post.

Shipping during hot weather

During hot weather we offer an option to purchase insulated packaging, which is recommended for kits that contain chocolate. This option can be purchased through the online store prior to checkout.

During periods of extremely hot weather, regardless of whether the insulated packaging option is purchased, we may choose to delay the dispatch of your order entirely. We will email you if we choose to delay your order and notify you again when your order is dispatched. Please email us to request that we dispatch your order regardless of weather conditions.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for kits that are affected by heat during transit.

Collection and signature upon delivery

We generally require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your kits. If you are unable to accept delivery, Australia post will return your order to the nearest post office or depot for collection. We cannot guarantee the quality of your kits if your order is held by Australia Post at a post office or depot.

We do not recommend you select Australia Post’s authority to leave option, particularly in warmer weather or at a location where the parcel is visible from the street.

We are unable to redeliver parcels that have been left for collection, or if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

If an order is returned to us, we charge a $25 re-delivery fee, which must be paid in full prior to re-shipping your order.

Personal identification and fraud

To protect all parties from fraudulent activity, if our online system flags your order as fraudulent, we will cancel the order. If our online system flags your order as suspected fraud, we will request personal identification in the form of a driver’s licence before we can process your order. We reserve the right to refuse your order. If you believe your order has been cancelled in error, please email us.

Damaged or undelivered orders

We make every reasonable effort to ensure your kits are packaged safely for transportation.

We will not be held responsible for:

  • orders that are damaged or lost due to Australia Post's handling
  • orders where the 'authority to leave' option is selected
  • orders affected by weather conditions during transit
  • any error in the supply of delivery address information.

In the event your order does not arrive, please submit an enquiry directly with Australia Post. We will provide the support required to assist you and Australia Post in the recovery of your order.

We may, at our discretion, choose to replace a lost or damaged parcel.
