We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bakers Box experience and have provided as much information as possible to assist you with your purchase. We encourage you to make your selection carefully as due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Although we work hard to ensure you love our kits, we realise that sometimes things can go wrong. We are committed to resolving product issues and will, at our option, issue a full or part replacement of your order, at no additional cost to you, in the following circumstances:
In the unlikely event this occurs, please accept our apology and email photographs and a description of the problem to bakewithus @ bakersbox.com.au (removing the spaces) within five (5) days of receipt of your order. We will respond with next steps to resolve the issue.
