Our baking and DIY kits include a recipe card and the pre-measured, non-perishable ingredients required to create that recipe at home. We include the exact amount required for the recipe, saving you time and reducing food waste. For a full list of ingredients included in each kit, refer to the product descriptions on our website.

You will need to provide any ingredients that require refrigeration such as butter and eggs. These additional ingredients are listed in the product descriptions on our website.

You will also need to provide the equipment required to create the recipe at home, unless it is specified in the product description as being included in the kit. Items you may need to have on hand in your kitchen include a stand or hand mixer, baking trays, baking tins, baking paper, bowls, spatulas, spoons, measuring cups, saucepans and scales. Any special or recommended equipment required for a recipe is listed in the product description for each kit.

Our kits are hand packed just prior to shipping and offer a generous shelf life. All kits specify a best before date which is determined by the ingredients included in that kit.

As a guide, the best before date for our kits range from ten weeks to six months.

We recommend you store your kits upright in a cool, dry, dark place, unless otherwise specified on the product packaging.

Baking kits require an oven whereas DIY kits do not. Please note, however, that you may still require a stovetop for a DIY kit.

Our kits are hand packed with love in our registered facility in Adelaide, South Australia. We are proud to be an Australian company and strive to use local ingredients in our kits.

We offer $9.95 flat rate, express post shipping on all standard, domestic orders within Australia.

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post, including to post office boxes. We do not recommend shipping to Australia Post parcel lockers, particularly during warm weather due to the likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures.

Yes. We use the Australia Post express post service, which includes delivery to post office boxes.

We do not currently offer a pick up option.

Please allow between 3 and 7 business days for receipt of your kits, depending on your location.

Please note we generally do not ship on Fridays or immediately prior to public holidays to ensure your kits are not stored in transit over a weekend or for extended periods.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the progress and estimated delivery date of your order via the Australia Post website.

We generally ship orders that weigh above 5kg in two or more individual boxes. This enables us to keep freight costs down and ultimately pass the savings onto you.

We are happy to change your delivery address if your order has not yet been dispatched. We generally process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, so please email us your order number and correct address as soon as possible.

Please note that once your order is lodged with Australia Post, the delivery address cannot be altered.

We generally process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, so please email us your order number and a list of the additional kits you'd like to purchase as soon as possible. You will need to pay for any additional kits prior to us dispatching your order.

We are happy to change your order if it has not yet been processed. We generally process orders within 12-24 hours, so please email us your order number and the required changes as soon as possible. You will need to settle any price difference prior to us dispatching your order.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please refer to our Returns policy for further information.

Our online system flags orders that are fraudulent and potentially fraudulent. We automatically cancel orders that are flagged as fraudulent and will request personal identification for all orders flagged as potentially fraudulent. Please email us if you believe your order was cancelled in error.
