Rich Triple Chocolate Brownies Baking Kit

Just when you thought our brownies couldn’t get any more chocolate-y, we’ve taken them to the next level by adding even more. We use our popular Rich Dark Chocolate Brownies recipe which contains 80.1% minimum cocoa mass Belgian Callebaut chocolate and Dutch process cocoa powder, then add another 250 grams of Belgian Callebaut milk and white chocolate chips. The result will knock your socks off.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Stand mixer with whisk attachment recommended, 23cm x 33cm baking pan.

METHOD: There are a number of ways to bake a brownie, and in this version we beat our eggs with the sugar to form a beautiful, glossy meringue-like batter, then add the melted chocolate, flour and chocolate chips. We also share simple tricks to achieve the smooth, fudgy texture you’re going to love. We recommend you cool the brownies completely before cutting, so please allow additional time for this.
